OK, so here is the plan for this week. Hubby is going back to low-carb after being sick for a while, so here's the plan...
Monday (no low-carb): Spaghetti and garlic bread
Tuesday: Meatloaf, asparagus, and mac-n-cheese (Hubby can't eat the mac, but that's ok)
Wed: (Hubby is out with the youth group) Chicken pot pie
Thursday: Roast, salad, and maybe potatoes for the kids
Friday: (Hubby out of town...maybe the kids and I will go out!)
That's the plan...now to stick to it!
