Comment about Comments (and other stuff)...

Sorry Loni, you had that Title up for so long, it stuck in my head and now that I want to write a post about comments, I couldn't come up with anything better! :o)
Ok, I've had NO COMMENTS for a while now, so I'm guessing some of you are having trouble with the new word verification thingy. Here's the deal. You write your comment, like usual. You can still comment "anonymously" but under the comment box will be a box with a bunch of scrambled wavy letters. Below that will be an empty box. You type in the letters that are jumbled, exactly in the same order...then you post your comment. Simple really...NOW LEAVE ME SOME LOVE!! PLEASE!! I mean, really...I posted the ADORABLE videos of my girl's dance recital have have received exactly 0 comments about how disgustingly adorable my girlies are...COME ON!!! How can you watch those cuties and NOT comment?????

I've had better days since Monday. I don't think Bethany is angry with me anymore. We were talking about how next year I'll take her to child care before I take the other kids to school, then I'll go to preschool. Every time we get in the car now she asks if she gets to go to child care now.

Little "H", one of my child care boys (23 months old) now plays a little game with my girls when we are in the car. They sing "Where are we going?" (Clap, clap, clap...think Dora!) and he yells "Annie's house!" Annie is his version of "Andie"...so adorable!

I need to get Bethany to preschool, I'll add more later!

Isn't it frustrating when people come and go without a comment??? I wrote this winter one time about how I was hoping for death. Not a single comment!!! A couple days later -the very next post was about my cooking bug - 3 comments?? HOW do I get more comments on cooking than hoping for death (it was of a mouse but they didnt' know that for a week!)

The word verification thing doesn't bother me one bit, I just haven't had time to comment on ANY blogs lately! Your girls are sweet as usual, and I hope the working thing gets better! Take Care, and know that even if I'm not commenting- it isn't because I don't care!!!

Hi Sweet - What a Monday you had!! It is wrong to say that everything will be smooth as you make the transtion to a "working Mom" - but you will survive and hopefully find enjoyment in both your own family and the little children of many other families. I had to almost laugh - but also cry when I read your Monster Mom post. Oh - my dear, you have some of my "bad" genes. I still have some momster days - but now your father is the receipient. I just hate those days and thankfully he is priceless and helps me work through them. He commented yesterday that he thinks I have unrealistic expectations of myself and all I want to accomplish. I've been trying to get the office painted this week and 2 walls are done - so that's good enought for now. I'd rather be a "Nice" person. Love you - M&D

PS - Mom still did not comment on MY beautiful and extremly talented grandchildren. Outside of the fact that I believe they are ready for stage and acreen, I would only comment that the videographer should concentrate on the objects of our love and affection more. We enjoyed seeing the pictures and want to be there in person next time. D of M&D

Hi, Andie. I've commented a couple of times and thought I did what I was supposed to, but I never saw them, so I guess they didn't 'stick'. Also, the other day when I tried to look at the videos, they came up as 'no longer available'! I just tried again, and it worked!! Adorable!!! I will let you know by email if this one isn't there next time I look. Love - Aunt Patty

I am so sorry I haven't commented in so long. I love getting your comments on my blog! I promise I will try to comment more on yours! I am sorry you had a bad day the other day. I know you will all get used to your new schedule and everything will work out. It just takes a while for people (especially kids) to adjust to change. I turn into "monster mom" more often then I would like too. I guess we are ALL entitled to a few temper tantrums every once in a while! Oh, and you know I think all three of your kids are too cute for their own good!
Love ya cousin!

It just melted my heart to hear your quote Houston makes in the car. I loved watching your little princesses dance. Maybe sometime you can show me the rest of their dance. I loved the little recital last year I should have went this year but with two kids I don't if we would have lasted. I really hope you get the chance to go to your parents this weekend.
