Well, week 2 went well. I walked on my treadmill 4 out of 5 days this week. The distance I walked was 1.52 miles, 1.76 miles, 1.5 miles, & 1.8 miles. While I walk, I read my Bible. I have been reading in the book of Jeremiah this week. So, I get two of my goals accomplished at once!
I have been drinking water, but not as much as last week. This is the week of my cycle when water stays put, and I don't feel like drinking more...I know I should, but it's hard! This week during my cycle I usually gain 3-5 pounds, and then loose it within a week (that darn water!)...but this week I did loose 1 pound!!! I'm excited to see what that means for next week!!!
This week my goal is to continue walking...this week at least 5 days! I also plan on adding some crunches to my morning routine. I will continue with my quiet time. I will try to increase my water intake again.
